Increasingly, small and medium sized companies are handling their own project management, be it an internal project that only affects the staff within the organisation, or an external project with wider implications. Microsoft Office Project is a very useful tool for simplifying project management with a small overhead, rapid learning process and familiar and intuitive interface.
Our popular Project courses cover all the basics in the Introduction course and expand on this foundation in the Intermediate course. However, due to the complexity of the subject, both these courses are two days in duration.
